I bought a Suzuki GSX-S 750 a year or so ago and love it. I also purchased a HJC Helmet which I managed to screw up when I dropped it. The service department took my helmet latch apart and were able to fix the problem. The finance company Sheffield Financial that they use is solid! No hidden fees and their website made it super easy to setup automatic payments.
I was traveling across Pennsylvania on my new Super Adventure and the maintenance light came on at 600 miles, indicating the required first service interval. I found Cernic’s was on my route west bound from Harrisburg so I thought I’d stop by. Although I didn’t have an appointment they were very accommodating and able to quickly get the initial maintenance work completed and I was back on the road. Thanks to the service manager and technicians for making that happen! Friendly service and a nice showroom to browse. They also took the time to help me understand some of the routine maintenance requirements. I plan to visit again on my next route through PA…
I contacted them 4 times about a Yamaha special they had going and nobody ever got back to me. Too big for their britches.
