Called during normal business hours and no one picked up. Tried calling for over an hour. This place is absolute trash. Avoid!!
Have dealt with other HERTZ rentals at other locations for over a 20 year period of time this location is by far the worst....The corporate headquarters takes no action when complaints have been lodged against this installation because it is a franchise......For the money this location charges for the rental rentals is outrageous and most of the vehicles are not state of the art I rent from PAYLESS car rentals and have been for more than two years and I AM quite satisfied with the product and the service I receive from PAYLESS....their vehicles ARE state of the art and their rental charges are much more comparable than the JOHNSTOWN,, Pa. HERTZ location....For my money and product and service it is PAYLESS of Johnsotown
Current receptionist is extremely rude. Called and they gave such an attitude just for connecting with them. This person either needs to be reprimanded or fired.
