I used to like shopping at this particular JCPenny's but this store has gone down hill. Their big and tall selection has declined and there are empty areas in the store. I know they spent money on remodeling but there has to be new products with more sizes available in store.
The boys section that my 8 year old and I usually frequent was behind a plastic barrier. We were returning a couple of items & will go to area we shop next visit. Sales clerk was cordial and efficient, as per usual.
I always say that there is always room for improvement. But the help I got today from Joann in the men's department went above and beyond. Joann is great if you ever need help look for Joann

They are always very helpful. The sales are great! You can get name brand stuff cheap. There exersion brand clothing is amazing. My family likes that brand as much as Nike. They also always have my size.
