The place was decent, Personnel did not talk to me... and made the experience weird... Top it off, the paint was spotted over my skin, not even 5 hours later 2 gel nails cracked. Which has NEVER happened to me in over 4 years.... The nails were not fully covered, missing paint.... and looks grown out already. First and last time I will go to this place.
Great experience. Got in and got out, but got quality work done to my nails and Lee actually cared. Seat #8. Love my nails, will be back for sure.
Experience started out very professional and polite. Got pedicure. Then the fun started...sarcastic tone obviously. And I began to get a full set done. Not only did he do a terrible job. They tried to over charge me. I called to complain about the job that they did. And they hung up while I was talking! I'm so disgusted. Should want to V Nail! Wouldn't recommend this place for anything but a pedicure. Breaks my heart to write a review like this!
This place is great! Friendly and fast service. I never make an appointment and they always fit me in!
Terrible service. Bad attitude of staff and even more the manager Ana is a big lier. They messed up my nails which I paid 50 dollars for and they agreed to fix it for me for free. Same evening when I came in to get it done. The manager said come tomorrow we will fix it everything tomo "ALL NEW". I told her can you write down on the paper what we agreed on. And she said no need No no. Next morning when I come in. They changed the whole statement. She told me "no free". You pay 15 dollars for something which I was suppose to get it for free. They don't accept their mistakes.. they wasted my time, money and more importantly they lied. Please think twice before coming in here. There are so many other nail salons in Johnstown.
