We have a long history with the therapist/owner of Choices. He has the most open mind and really helps with anything, with a very sympathetic and empathetic approach. Choices would be my first and only recommendation for individual, couple, or family therapy.

I came in to see Adam.when I.realized I needed help with PTSD. Adam helped me find the core issues, and then learn to control them and not let them control me. The services were excellent. Adam is easy to talk with and he is able to help you get to the core. I am so grateful for all he did for me.
