1. Staff was rude and insensitive to my grandmother as my grandfather was dying and she asked if he would survive. 2. Misdiagnosed my mother, overlooking a gallbladdar failure, which would have killed her if it were not discovered by Windber Hospital. 3. Staff was very condescending during my visit. 4. I witnessed staff also being condescending towards an elderly patient. 5. Doctors are visibly understaffed and overworked.

I was suppose to be scheduled for a repeat c-section on the 29th of November, I got a call on Monday the 27th saying they changed my date to the 30th of November and once I got to the hospital they told me that it’s not going to be that day. Not in a good mood at all
