It was obvious something is wrong when they offer $5 for a white gold ring with stone and insist it be via check. It did make for a laugh though
I began the day by having what I would call a mediocre experience at this store. However, a few hours later an individual higher in the management chain called me about the issues, personally, and we were able to discuss and resolve my problem. In today’s world, a one on one conversation is hard to come by, and reaching a resolution beneficial to a customer is pretty important to me. I appreciate the call, and the product, and will return in the future. Thanks
Maybe a nice place to buy jewelry, however jewelry is like car insurance in this country a rip off please before you sell something here GET A SECOND Opinion! A smaller independent shop paid me triple of their offer for my scrap gold
The people here are super helpful and nice. Willing to customize the rings to what you want. Probably best selection on men's rings and reasonable prices. We both got our rings from here and thought the service was outstanding.... best ring selection. I would go here before I go anyway else.
