Grandma's toilet was leaking I called.roto rooster there were there in about 2hrs which I as far as we are concerned was outstanding the bill wasn't what were expecting it was much lower my uncle's were shocked when I showed them the receipt they thought it would be twice as much their employee Shawn was professional and courteous and his employer should be proud to have him as an emoyee I would be happy to offer him a job at my business thank you Shawn and Roto Rooter well done to say the least.
I had a clog in the basement and called Roto-Rooter. They sent someone ( Shawn) out in less than an hour. He cleared out the clog very fast and at a reasonable price. We were very happy with their service. We have used them before and will use them again. A-1!
Two days after Thanksgiving our sewage backed up via the downstairs toilet. The entire basement was submerged in about an inch and a half of foulness and raw sewage. We had been putting up with sewage related mishaps for years due to my fathers "do it yourself" nature that often only worsened the problem. It was to the point when every time we turned on our washing machine, the toilets would bubble and back up, it was as close to hell as one can imagine! After it backed up last time, that was the final straw, I called Roto Rooter for assistance. Within an hour of my call, Mike Mills was on the scene! He was th most curtious and professional individual and walked us through everything he was doing. He got several blockages out of the drain and ran his camera up through and showed us exactly what he had done! I give Mike the highest praise and Roto Rooter as well for their help!
