This is a horrible company to rent from! They do not fix anything there was black mold growing in our bathroom that was a result of them not fixing other problems. Which there was just one problem after another and since there were so many unfixed problems of course there was "damage" so we didn't get the security deposit back. Everyone I have talked to that has rented from them has had the same problems. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEAD ACHE!
This company has given us nothing but problems. They hate answering their phone because they don't like dealing with their renters. Their voice mail is unprofessional and people hearing it may think they dialed the wrong number. If there was a problem, they would send someone over without calling at random times. One time I was woken up at crack of dawn to banging at the door for someone to fix a problem. I had to leave for work and they weren't even complete. So unprofessional and unwilling to help. The people in the office always give you sass if you call about a complaint too which makes you feel stupid for even calling. There were times where we went a day or two in the winter without any heat at all and they had to come 3 separate times to "fix it".
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will do anything they can to rent a property! They will do anything possible to get you to sign a lease, pay a ton of money, and then when you get the keys... the place is unlivable, in a dangerous part of town, or completely different then they promised! They won't do anything to help you out after you sign a lease! They do not care about the people they rent properties too and they don't care about the properties they are renting. Beware of this company! Save yourself thousands and go somewhere else. I have never been told so many lies and rented a place so falsely advertised!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
