If you haven't ever gone to a chili's, go! This I thought had great service, good food. One thing, don't sit in the left hand dining area. There is a stink there like old sangria sunk into the wood. It's bizarre, but true. It's most prominent back by kitchen doors. Perhaps this is the culprit of the stink
The Johnstown Chili's is about like every Chili's you've ever visited, from sea to shining sea. The food is standard Chili's fare (admittedly good for what it is), and better than most fast food in the central Pennsylvania region. The newly added computer terminals at table top are a high tech slam dunk, allowing guests to play games/entertain themselves, view menu items, and even pay their bill.
The service was slow and the order was wrong but the food was horrible. Small portions for the price. I will never go back here again.
