That being said I had a very good facial. The staff was kind and attentive and as soon as they realized how cold it was, they brought a heater into the room and also turned on peaceful music in the resting room.
Great atmosphere but had one of the worst Brazilians I’ve ever had. Left in pain and it hurt to shower for two days.
The Vault is one of the gems of Downtown Johnstown. I've had pedicures and hair styles done here and the staff are friendly and comfortable to work with. The location is clean. The prices may be a little higher than what you expect in the Johnstown area but they are worth the extra expense!
Beautiful salon and Spa located in the heart of Downtown. From the minute You walk in the door you are pampered and taken care of. With the many services they offer this is THE go to salon and spa!!!
The Vault is beautifully designed but the day that I brought my mother and daughter for spa treatments, the entire place was extremely cold and the selection of music was loud and not relaxing which took away from what was supposed to be a de-stressing experience. I was cold the entire time and the rock and roll music was not what I had expected from a spa and salon.
They are fantastic! I get a massage there every time I can!.
