My wife and I purchased her 2017 Dodge Durango R/T there from Joe Walters back in sept. We live on Long Island NY and Joe was the best at making sure all our questions and concerns about the vehicle were answered before I drove all the way there. When we arrived we were literally treated like family by Keith (who gave us some nice dealer tee shirts) and Brian. Us driving 720 miles round trip is a testament about how this dealer is operated and who they are. Just absolutely great people and an unreal pleasant dealer experience. I will never deal with the terrible wise guy dealers in NY again and will buy my next vehicle from them again. I cant say enough to describe how it was a truly great experience buying from them!!! Really good service and great prices. Both the Joes are really nice guys. Keith is really straight up- you don't feel like they're trying to rip you off. Bought a 2014 Honda CRV with these guys. Came back a week after the purchase because there was a strange noise coming while braking. They did a free diagnostic and surfaced the rotors for free (the rotors had caught some of the brake pad on them from standing in the parking lot for a month). Very impressive.
