Where do I even start. The salesman is extremely rude to me and annoyed by me asking questions about the car (excuse me, I am the customer here?). I bought cash the purchase a Legacy but thanks to the "EXCELLENT" attitude I was served I decided to drive all the way to Pittsburgh to get my car instead. I feel insulted.
Ask yourself this question: WOULD YOU EVER WRITE A POSITIVE REVIEW ABOUT A CAR DEALERSHIP?
I'm a Japanese and this is definitely not the Japanese standard of how salesman treat customers. If you conduct business like this a Japanese you will banned for life. I guess this is what happens when you turn over Subaru dealership franchise to a bunch of profit-centric money-greedy Stealerships.
Had air bag recall, they provided me with 2017 Impress to drive till my car was done.

NO! Exactly. We only write negative reviews because people like me are pissed about the service or attitude provided. All those positive reviews are totally fake. Ask yourselves, would you waste your timing reviewing a place because the business provided you with what you expected? Certainly not me.
