They are very friendly and polite. Dr. Monios has always said please and thank you during each of my visits. I just had a bridge done and it fits wonderfully.
Despite being an emergency, we couldn't find a dentist available for an extraction any time before July! So, I literally went to the phone book and familiar with their ads, decided to give Aspen Dental a try. Not only were they able to see my hubby a week later, they were also able to do his extraction during the same visit! The staff at Aspen Dental in Johnstown, PA couldn't have been any nicer, and their professional care and service top notch. We were thrilled, their prices were competitive, and if only a little closer to us, we would certainly be making them our primary dental resource! Highly recommend!!!!!

I went there in June and was told I needed $5000 worth of work. After trying to charge me $400 for a cleaning that for some reason my insurance cover, I went to a different office, to someone who has been a dentist all his life. He said the work aspen dental said I needed was nothing compared to what they wanted to do. I may be paying around $2000. No where near $5000. The dentist said 'let me guess, they wanted to charge an Insane amount of money for an insane amount of work?' My insurance only covers the minimum general dentistry, cleanings, exams, and X-rays. Aspen dental also said at my first visit that the insurance will pay for their cleaning, so when I went back and they said $400, I knew this was a mistake and went to someone else with decades of experience and I am so thankful I did. It took me 3 weeks just to get an appointment for a cleaning and with who I'm going to now got me on within a week and got me in the next week also. Also the lady at the desk at aspen dental gave me the impression she is just waiting to bite someone's head off, she just gives off an uneasy personality, almost like she's there just for a job and doesn't care about anyone else.

Aspen is absolutely hands down the best place to go. I went in as a new patient and I have no insurance. The staff and drs were amazing! So caring and full of smiles. Treated me so well. I love this place. The prices are very reasonable. I went in and was seen within minutes. Surgery was fast and painless!!
