Wow, what an amazing experience! My daughter had an issue with her tooth this morning. Not only did they get her in the same day, but Dr. Gress also removed the problematic tooth in the same visit. Truly wonderful staff, all very friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Gress was so nice, and put us both at ease before pulling her tooth.
Called another oral surgeon and they got me in the next day. Their receptionist called me back twice to let me know they could shift things around so that I could have anesthesia for it all. Some practices go out of their way to help and to some you're just a number. Shop around.
I never even made it into the office. I had a dental emergency and was told two months before they could see me at any of their offices. That's more than enough time for a nasty infection to set in. The receptionist on the phone seemed annoyed by the whole thing.
Dr. Gress was friendly and explained the surgery in detail. He made me feel comfortable and eased my fears. The office staff was friendly as well. I recommend him for anyone needing oral surgery.
Horrible...no bed side manners or manners at all for that matter...dr. griffith is in desperate need to retire...he kicked me out of his office for wanting someone to hold my hand!!! I wouldn't take myself back nor my child,worst dental experience!
