Arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Dr lowry himself refused to show me my own x-rays after having surgery for a dislocated and shattered wrist. Refused to prescribe antibiotics for the infection of one of the pins placed in my wrist. billing staff is shady to say the least. they try to convince me to sign a paper so they could bill my insurance after I had already PAID the bill. The bill they submitted to me was signed by another patient and their named whited out. When I questioned them about the other signature i was told to "just sign it" which I didnt. Never go to see him or his staff. All worthless. Go to pittsburgh
