My mother had an appointment at 11:15 to have a cataract removed... Well needless to say it is 12:30 as of right now and I am STILL sitting in the waiting room with her waiting for her to be called back. This is unacceptable. People have lives to live and they can't spend every waking hour sitting in a waiting room. We are also sitting beside a lady who's appointment was at 11:00 and needless to say, she is waiting as well... I can't even comment on the service because we haven't received any... Who knows, maybe I can comment on that sometime tomorrow when they finally see her!
