Very helpful customer service; even went as far as to call another store and inquire about a part when the Home Depot didn’t have it.
I would have rated it zero stars but it wasn't an option. Terrible quality carpet and even more terrible customer service!! I spent over $20,000 there three years ago remodeling my home and within six months my carpet was falling apart. I could never see or speak to a manger for several months. It always happened to be their day off and there was never a return call. I finally found a corporate line to call and now I get emails that provide nothing but excuses. First they had no record of my purchace. I did so I provided them with that. We had 2 home depot represenatives come take pictures and they have no record of that either. The installers were here twice and state its not repairable. They have no record of the first time and of course the second time my store warranty had expired. They state they compensated me $500 but again no proof of that (because it didn't happen). Now, they state the manufacturer of the carpet won't replace it because I voided the warranty because I didn't have it professionally cleaned after one year. I don't think the manufacturer should replace it. I think home depot should especially since it has been going on since I first got it. Maybe if they would have paid attention to my first call the manufacturer would have helped us out. They have terrible customer service and I will never shop there again!!!
This was well worth the trip from Cumberland MD. We ordered a cabinet online and came to pick it up. Very fast service. Friendly people. Awesome. The cabinet was cheaper her than in Cumberland.
Fantastic customer service and support. We do all of our shopping there for a wide range of things. Recently had a riding mower issue and the manager Justin and Dawn literally bent over backwards to assist me! They always go above and beyond for customer service and satisfaction. Thanks again!
Had to search for outdoor timer..Was told to check decorations and electrical aisle Expected to find some with the Christmas light's and timers .Finally in the outdoor area , they had three .It is a really nice outdoor one.
