Not at all concerned with custom service today. I am very disappointed in my visit. No acknowledgement of my existence or the others that just walked out as well.
Customer service is terrible wait times are rediclious and they slip over you someone came in with same issue was fixed and out while I wait 4th in line to be helped.
A long wait. They'll take your number so that you can go shop elsewhere, then text you when you're next in line. Sometimes, though, you'll come back and find you've been skipped or still have a 10 or 15 minute wait. The staff, however, is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially the store manager, LeAnn.
Only thing is if you need a Sim card replaced or a change of Sim better to ask for that card and call the at&t tech support to set it up verses waiting!! Other than the waiting; It's a good at&t store!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!
