Didn't have a car charger for the DJI Mavic Pro Platinum :( they had everything else! And the kid working there had no idea about the drones didn't ask anyone else I guess it's normal to higher employees and not train them on the products they sell???? Why are they even there if they don't know about the products beyond they display,???
A I entered the store, I was greeted by their friendly staff and guided to the appropriate area for the merchandise I was interested in buying fairly quickly. During my recent visit, I was very impressed with your sales associate, Karissa. She was patient and answered all my questions on printers and ink jet cartridges and helped me make a decision quickly. Karissa did an excellent job. She was professional, very knowledgeable, warm, friendly and efficient! I continue to have great shopping experiences in everything I have purchased at Best Buy!
First, I was greeted as soon as walked into the store. I appreciated that. Then, he led me to the associate that could help me. I was looking for a new digital camera and the salesperson was extremely helpful and considerate. He answered all my questions, helped me with my decision and was very polite. I forget his name but he was very professional looking also. Everything he said about shipment was exactly right. Thank him for all his help.
Everyone is very polite and helpful there, from the Geek Squad to the smart phones (where I usually end up). I have probably been there 4X in the last 2 months because of the memory in my phone. Hopefully this will get better since I recently upgraded my phone.
This experience was better than others I have had in this store. The only draw back was Tanner didn't have a clue of anything that he was doing...
