What kind of business is closed on a Thursday at 1pm! They were actually closed during their posted business hours.
Nothing but good news to report on OTS! Great prices and service. I've now purchased 3 pc's through OTS and not one problem. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using OTS in the future for all of my computer needs.
If you have a computer issue especially if it's a Lenovo talk to Kevin! I had zero luck trying to get my keyboard fixed on a brand new low end Best Buy Lenovo laptop. I dropped it off and Kevin handled the warranty issue.
I have purchased some PC's and laptops from OTS. I've never had any problems with them. I have a tendency to run computers into the ground and the ones i get from OTS seams to hold up better than the ones i piece meal together.
