It's Xmas day. My son just opened his XBox 360 that his brother got for him from this store. He was told it had a hard drive in addition to the controller. No hard drive was in the box. Luckily we already had an Xbox hard drive so we were in luck.
Or so I thought. The darn DVD drive won't even open. So I looked online at the store. The site does not say it comes with a Hard Drive. So let me see.. hmmm $130 for a refurbished and still not functioning XBox or 200.00 for a new one with a warranty that does work... Yeah I think I'll cover the difference and buy him a new XBox.!!! Thanks for wasting my time GameStop! Yeah I know crap happens but for an XMas gift sorry you sold it you should have made sure it functioned before it left your store.
